A never-before-seen collaboration between BSCT Artistic Director, Marina Clever and the Canvas Dance Company, Critters! is a family-friendly storytelling experience where young audiences can be introduced to the art of dance.

The six pieces each tell a unique story about an animal or animals such as the busy bumblebee, a belligerent beta fish or the sneaky fox!

This 30 minute show is a perfect artistic experience for short attention spans and will leave plenty to talk about on the ride home!

"Set in the Point Resilience Lighthouse on Washington's Pacific Coast, a modern bestselling author, grappling with profound grief after the loss of his wife, retreats to the isolated lighthouse seeking peace but is instead confronted by a mysterious supernatural presence.

As the author delves into the lighthouse's shadowed history, he uncovers a long-forgotten tragedy, yet one with strange and inexplicable connections to his own life. Spirit/Song explores themes of grief, isolation, and the enduring power of love...and suggests that the past can echo disturbingly into the present." – David Bareford
